FAQ'S
Questions before we start? Here are the ones I get most.

What happens after I contact you?

You will hear back within two to three business days. I will ask a few questions to understand your goals, then set up a short discovery call to see whether I am the right fit.

From there, most engagements start with an audit or a strategy sprint, and grow from there if it makes sense for both of us.

What does an audit cost?

Channel audits start at $3,000 and depend on the size of your library and how many platforms are in scope. Strategy and development work is scoped per project or on a monthly retainer. I will give you a flat number before we begin, so there are no hourly surprises.

What do I actually get at the end?

For an audit: a written report, a prioritized list of changes ranked by expected impact, and a working session to walk through it with your team.

For strategy work: a content roadmap, packaging standards documented so your team can run them without me, and a measurement framework that tells you what is working.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within two weeks. I take a limited number of clients at a time so that each engagement gets real attention rather than a template.

Who do you work with?

Media companies, brands building owned channels, and organizations with research or expertise they want to turn into audience. I work with in-house teams most often, and I am equally comfortable advising a founder building a channel from scratch.

My background spans newsrooms, agencies, and brand leadership, which means I can talk to your editorial team and your executives in the same meeting.

Do you take freelance work?

Selectively. I focus on consulting partnerships and strategic projects, though I occasionally take on creative or editorial work that aligns with my experience in media, finance, and social impact.

Not sure which one you need?

Most people start with a conversation. Tell me what you are trying to grow and I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
