As Executive Producer, I led a full creative and editorial overhaul — shaped a new host lineup that appealed across ideologies, restructured the content calendar, optimized YouTube metadata, and introduced a data-backed publishing schedule.
03 — Results
The show experienced substantial growth, with daily viewership increasing from approximately 100k to between 800k and 1 million. Over the course of the year, the channel gained more than 288k new subscribers and generated $900k in new revenue and became a staple presence on the YouTube news homepage.
